You can earn badges and physical rewards through your fundraising efforts. To top it off, you can also unlock virtual badges by tracking your training through Strava, giving you that incentive to smash a 5K, reach 100k, or run for 5 consecutive days - there are plenty of virtual badges for you to earn.

Here’s a step-by-step guide and everything you need to know about our new interactive website…
Step 1
Sign up to the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run via our website and complete the entry form. General entries are closing SOON, you do not want to miss out.
Step 2
Check your inbox and follow the link in your confirmation email to setup your profile. It may take 4-5 minutes to receive this email.
Step 3
Login to complete your profile, add personal details, and set your fundraising target.
Step 4
You will now be able to share your fundraising page and encourage others to donate. Through your fundraising efforts, you can earn virtual badges and our amazing physical rewards below.
Step 5
To track your training runs through Strava, simply go to ‘My Fitness Training’ on your profile to connect your Strava account. Head out for your training run and this will appear on your profile. You will be able to unlock virtual badges by tracking your winter training. Please note that your Strava activity may take up to a day to appear on your profile.
Step 6
Get fit and have fun whilst smashing your winter training, so that you can CONQUER THE COLD and run our penultimate event through the closed-road streets of London - Sunday 13th February 2022!

Do I have to fundraise for Cancer Research UK or can I fundraise for a different charity?
If you’re signed up to our London Winter Run, your profile will be automatically connected to Cancer Research UK, therefore you will not be allowed to use this platform to fundraise for another charity. Find out why you should fundraise for Cancer Research UK HERE.
How do I unlock virtual badges? Do I have to use Strava to track my training?
We have partnered with Strava specifically for this challenge therefore all other tracking apps will not count towards your training, and you will not be able to unlock virtual badges if you do not have a Strava profile. If you connect your Strava account, all training runs will be automatically uploaded to your profile. Please note that your Strava activity may take up to a day to appear on your profile.
How do I fundraise for Cancer Research UK?
Simply set up your fundraising profile via our new website, this will be automatically linked to the JustGiving site for Cancer Research UK and start fundraising. For fundraising ideas, please click HERE.
What if I don't receive an email asking me to set up my profile?
If you don’t receive an email to setup your profile, please check your junk folder. If you can’t find your email, please click ‘forgot password’ in the login section and you will receive an email to reset your password.
When will I receive my physical rewards?
You will receive your physical rewards through fundraising in the New Year (January 2022), this may be subject to demand.
