What do I need to do to receive  London Winter Run rewards?

There’s four simple steps to receive your London Winter Run rewards:

1. Enter

To be eligible to access the London Winter Run rewards you must be registered for London Winter Run 2026, and have a Winter Run 2026 profile.

2. Fundraise to unlock

The fundraising on your individual page on winterrun.co.uk, either through receiving donations from others or by making self-donation to your own page, will contribute to unlocking rewards. Check out the levels of fundraising needed to unlock different items.

3. Visit Dashboard

Log in your Winter Run profile (www.winterrun.co.uk/login) and visit your dashboard via the menu button.

4. Claim your rewards

Once you have unlocked your rewards (by reaching the fundraising level of the reward) you can then claim your rewards on your dashboard. Click the ‘Claim Unlocked Rewards’ button that shows under ‘My Rewards’. You will then need to confirm your delivery address and select sizes for relevant items. A blue tick will appear on the page once this has been successfully completed.

Unlocked rewards will not be dispatched if they have not been claimed (with the above process).

When is the next deadline to have unlocked & claimed rewards by, and when will I receive these?

Rewards will be dispatched in set batches. Make sure you have unlocked AND claimed your rewards by 11:59pm Wednesday 7^th January 2026 to be in the first dispatch batch. These items will arrive by Monday 2^nd February 2026.

Please note, the above dates are estimates and subject to change. Please note, bib personalisation is only available for those who unlock and claim their personalisation before midnight 6^th January 2026. 

Do I have to fundraise on winterrun.co.uk?

Yes, only fundraising on this platform will unlock rewards.

What if I want to fundraise and not receive rewards?

If you do not want to receive the rewards for fundraising you can:

• Opt out of receiving rewards by selecting ‘No’ to the question ‘Would you like to receive rewards’ that will appear as a pop-up the first time you log into your page after 25^th November 2025.
• Not claiming rewards – simply do not select ‘Claim Unlocked Reward’ on your dashboard.

What if my reward does not fit?

If you unlock the top two levels of rewards which are sized, and the item you received does not fit, you have 14 days in order to return the top to process an exchange for a different size.

When do the rewards finish? 

Rewards will close at midnight Friday 27^th February 2026 – only rewards unlocked and claimed by this date will be dispatched.
