I’ve decided to take part in a charity run because cancer has deeply affected the lives of those I care about. There is a high cancer rate in my family, and I’ve seen firsthand how devastating this disease can be. As a children’s nurse, I also witness the courage and strength of young patients battling cancer every day. Their resilience inspires me, and I want to do something meaningful to support them and others like them. By fundraising for cancer research, I hope to contribute to finding better treatments, improving outcomes, and ultimately helping to save lives.I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026.
