Cancer is relentess. But so are we. 

Ed's London Winter 10k 2026

 On Sunday 15th  February I will be running the London Winter 10k for the 3rd time, in memory of all my friends and family that have been lost to cancer; Dave, Karen, Mum, Michaela, Diane,  Maggi, Nuala, Jacqui, Paul, Steve, Len, Jimmy  and other colleagues. 

Also I am running in support of my friends who are experiencing cancer treatment now, or who are cancer survivors, thanks to the work of Cancer Research UK.

For Dave

This year I am particularly running in memory of my oldest and bestest friend, Dave Gullen, who I met on the school bus over 50 years ago. We lost Dave to prostate cancer in August.

I will also be running in memory of our friend Karen, who I have known for over 45 years, and who we also lost to lung cancer in August, just 4 weeks after she was diagnosed.
