I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026.

The three main reasons I’m doing this.
My wife Dawn who drastically passed away 27th October aged 52, 4 weeks post surgery after breaking her ankle of a fatal saddle pulmonary embolism. Who had her cancer scares over the years.

The main reason I started running as it was our plan to do the local run Norwich 10k as part of Dawn’s recovery.
Our daughter Maisie passed away after a long and demanding 7 year battle with a brain stem tumour diagnosed aged 10.

RIP 10/07/2005 - 15/08/2022
Our family and my very dear friend Ian Crowe passed away after being diagnosed with a sarcoma in his arm surgery followed with his arm and shoulder being amputated unfortunately cancer got the better of him. Ian was one of Maisie’s biggest supporters, this is for you buddy 💙
