Good morning team,
So I'm about to embark on another 5k run this morning. I'm averaging 20K a week at present and I am on course for my first official 10K through the streets of London. We are nearly at the 500 pounds mark which so proud of. We got this team...

Another day another 10K

Hi team Silly Goose,
So today was another day another 10K. I have had a niggle coming up in my foot tendons when I run over the 7K mark so I have transitioned for longer runs to altra running shoes,whilst keeping the barefoot vibe for the 5K. Thank you so much for the donations they really mean a lot to me keep it coming team. 🪿🪿🪿🪿

So yesterday I ran my 5k tomorrow I'm looking at my 10K run. Training on point even though I'm a little unwell right now.

I am running today going to be a cheeky 5 or 6 km run barefoot style. I will also be uploading all the information on my run an my main. Sponsor shortly.. stay blessed people.....
