A Few days to go
I never quite made my pre run day target of 250km but I'm still ready for Sunday.Last Run of the Year
Frost everywhere so I thought what a better way to practice, 10k done this morning leaving me the rest of the day to prepare for the NYE celebrations tonight. Have a great New Year's Eve everyone and I wish you a happy and healthy 2026 xxFirst frosty run
Thought I had better start to get some cold running in before the big event. It was my first 10k distance since steadily coming back from hamstring issues. All went OK, I did run at a slow pace and the bonus was, the sun was shining when I finished. Have a great day 😎I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026.
