Cancer is relentess. But so are we. 

For Matt

In 1995, my brother Matt passed away at just 18 years old due to testicular cancer. Losing someone so young, someone with their whole life ahead of them, is something that never leaves you. 

It’s a loss that shapes you, motivates you, and becomes a part of the way you view the world.

Running this race is my way of honouring Matt’s memory and supporting the life-saving research that gives families today the hope that we didn’t have back then. 

Cancer Research UK continues to fund groundbreaking work to detect cancer earlier, treat it more effectively, and ultimately save more lives. Every step I take is for Matt, and for everyone facing the fight today.

I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026.

Please donate to my page to help me raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK and support me as I train for a 10k on 15th February 2026.
