So I never expected to become a runner. I signed up to the Winter Run to keep me going once I'd finished couch to 5k and to give me a reasonably achievable goal...Since then, I've run 3+ times a week, occasionally getting to ~10km. This run will still be my first official event besides parkrun and it'll keep me running through the winter.
I'm posting for the first time near my birthday to ask people to sponsor me to help fund cancer research. Cancer still affects far too many, there's always more that can be done.
I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026.
