Why I’m running this race!
I’m running it for one of my best friend’s mum ( Lorraine). She has breast cancer so I wanted to run this for her as she is genuinely such an amazing and kind soul. She brings joy to everyone she meets and is such a strong person. I genuinely believe she is one of the most inspiring people I know.On New Year’s Day, I went with her daughter, Harriet, on a run to the beach and when we got there, Harriet, Lorraine and I all went for a very cold dip! It was such a fun thing to do and I’ll remember that forever. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do for a very long time and I’m so happy I got to experience it with them both.
I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026.
