Time to get back to it: The Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2027.

By the time I do this, it will be almost 9 years since I did any sort of sponsored sports challenge (see the younger version of me in the picture!). I thought it was time!

Fair enough, it's not the biggest challenge I've ever undertaken, but it is a step up from my current running ability, training in the cold, dark winter will be required!

Nobody's life is unaffected by cancer; all of us have had treasured family and friends be diagnosed with this horrible disease, and we need to keep going to find a cure or at least to give people longer at life.
