Cancer is relentess. But so are we. 

18/01/2026- 2nd 10k completed

2nd 10k completed ✔️ 
1hr 21 minutes, very muddy and slippy 

11/01/2026- First 10k of training complete

FIRST 10K OF TRAINING COMPLETE - very chilly
First 5K felt great , last 5k was more difficult due to tiredness and running against the wind 
Completed in 1hr 19 mins - 2nd best 10k time 
Running 10k again this Sunday , hoping to get the time down  

I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026.
