In Feb I’ll be running the Cancer Research UK Winter 10k for the third year in a row. I wasn’t planning on doing a tonne of fundraising (times are hard!) but looking at this photo of these smiley parkrunners at @novaprestatynparkrun back in April has convinced me otherwise. We’ve all personally lost someone, are watching a loved one battle, or are currently undergoing treatment for cancer. And I’m sure that’s something that everyone can relate to.
