Did my longest training run and ended up doing 12.45K so now shorter runs until the 15th to give the legs some rest!! Thank you to everyone again for all your support and believing in me!!Fastest 5k at Park Run
I am still keeping consistent with my running and training, I’m regularly doing 5k and yesterday achieved my PB at 33.20! However a few more 10k runs are needed before the day! Thank you everyone who is helping me get better with every run!!First 10k

Running 10k in February for Cancer Research, it is 20 years since we lost my Mum so thought it would be a good way to mark the occasion raising funds for more research to try to help save others!!
