Cancer is relentess. But so are we.

A Race Against Cancer

As the weather turns colder and the days get shorter, most people start to slow down but this winter, I’ll be lacing up my running shoes for a cause that couldn’t be more personal or urgent.

I’m taking part in the Winter Run, a charity race dedicated to raising funds and awareness in the fight against cancer.

Too many people lose their lives to this devastating disease. Almost everyone I know myself included has been touched by cancer in some way. Friends, family members, colleagues… it doesn’t discriminate. It takes too much, from too many, and far too soon.

Running this race isn’t about chasing a personal best or breaking records. I’m not here to compete, I’m here to contribute. To enjoy the day, to be part of something meaningful, and to do something small that, together with others, can make a big difference.

Every step I take will be for someone who can’t. Every kilometre will be a reminder of why this matters because behind every statistic is a face, a story, and a family forever changed.

If you’d like to support my run or donate to this incredible cause, you can do so by sponsoring me. Even the smallest contribution helps fuel the fight against cancer.

This winter, I’m running not just to keep warm — but to keep hope alive

I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026.

Please donate to my page to help me raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK and support me as I train for a 10k on 15th February 2026.

Nearly 1 in 2 people will get cancer in their lifetime*. All of us can support the research that will beat it.

Thank you for supporting me! Together we are beating cancer.

Life’s battles don’t always go to the strongest or fastest man, but sooner or later the man who wins is the man who thinks he can….and YES, you can!!!
