Last practice run done!
Six kilometres this morning down to a damp Fitzrovia. So more or less all set for Sunday. If you’re down near Trafalgar Square on Sunday look for the WRW women in red tee shirts.Last few days
Slight panic after 2 weeks away with no practice but managed 6k on Friday when back and then a lovely, slow 11k to Bethnal Green on Monday morning, along the canal all the way. And what a lovely run. Bright morning, through King’s Cross, Islington, along the sides of London Fields, Victorias Park and Bethnal Green Gardens. Running through a beautiful, transformed, greener city with friends. A real privilege.,I am taking on the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run 2026.
